Overview
Our refund and return policy is only applicable for defective items. Our refund and returns policy lasts if we are notified 5 calendar days from the date of delivery. If 5 days have passed since the item was delivered, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a delivery note and photos of the items received.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
If 5 days or more have elapsed since you have received the product, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to products during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
